氟化铝废水生产低碱液体速凝剂工艺技术研究

摘要 采用氟化铝废水(H 2SiF 6含量2%、AlF 3含量2%)、氢氧化铝、浓硫酸、氟硅酸、硫酸镁、氟硅酸镁、氢氧化钠,葡萄糖酸钠,通过工艺路线和控制指标的设计,制备了一种新型高聚合物低碱液体速凝剂,并对其性能进行测试。结果表明,基准水泥中低碱液体速凝剂的掺量为6%~8%时,净浆凝结时间和砂浆强度均符合低碱液体速凝剂标准要求。同时,该低碱液体速凝剂与华新水泥、大春树水泥、西南水泥、红狮水泥、晨狮水泥的适应性良好。通过优化生产配方,对华润水泥、西麟水泥也有较好的适应性。 A new type of high polymer low alkali liquid accelerator was prepared by using aluminum fluoride wastewater(H 2SiF 6 content 2%,AlF 3 content 2%),aluminum hydroxide,concentrated sulfuric acid,fluorosilicic acid,magnesium sulfate,magnesium fluorosilicate,sodium hydroxide,sodium gluconate,through the design of certain process routes and control indicators,and its performance was tested.The results show that when the content of low-alkali liquid accelerator in the base cement is 6%-8%,the net slurry setting time and mortar strength meet the requirements of low-alkali liquid accelerator standard.At the same time,the low-alkali liquid accelerator has good adaptability with Huaxin Cement,Dachunshu Cement,Southwest Cement,Hongshi Cement and Chenshi Cement.Through optimizing the production formula,it still has good adaptability to China Resources Cement and Xilin Cement.
