工业园区污水处理厂污泥及芬顿结晶危险特性鉴别研究

摘要 以江西省某工业园区污水处理厂为例,通过对污水处理厂的原辅材料、污水处理工艺分析,以及对主要纳管企业的原辅材料、产品方案、生产工艺、废水处理的工艺分析,结合污泥和芬顿结晶初筛样品的检测结果,排除了污泥和芬顿结晶的易燃性、反应性、急性毒性的危险特性,确定了污泥及芬顿结晶的腐蚀性、浸出毒性、毒性物质含量的危险特性的鉴别检测。经采样鉴别检测,该工业园区污水处理厂污泥及芬顿结晶的腐蚀性、浸出毒性、毒性物质含量超标份样数均为0,判定该工业园区污水处理厂污泥及芬顿结晶不属于危险废物。同时对工业园区污水处理厂污泥危险特性鉴别工作要点进行了总结,为同类型污泥危险特性的鉴别工作提供参考。 This paper took a sewage treatment plants in Jiangxi Province as an example,by analyzing the raw and auxiliary materials,process analysis of the sewage treatment plant and analyzing the raw and auxiliary materials,product schemes,technological processes and wastewater treatment processes of key drainage enterprises in the leading industries of the zone,combined with sludge and Fenton crystallization screen at the beginning of the sample test results,ruled out the sludge and fenton crystallization flammability,reactivity,acute toxicity hazard characteristics,the identification and detection items of corrosive,leaching toxicity and toxic substance content of sludge and Fenton crystal were determined.After sampling and test,the number of excess samples containing corrosivity,leaching toxicity and toxic substances of sludge and Fenton crystal in the sewage treatment plant of the industrial park is 0,the sludge and Fenton crystal in the sewage treatment plant of the industrial zone was determined to have no hazardous characteristics.At the same time,the key points of identification of hazardous characteristics of sludge from sewage treatment plants in industrial zone are summarized,which provides a way for the identification of sewage sludge in the same type of industrial zone.
