摘要
在乙二醇合成工艺路线中,合成气制乙二醇生产装置的聚酯级乙二醇产出率低。通过对乙二醇精馏系统进行分析,设计乙二醇液相加氢系统,采用原精馏系统与液相加氢系统深度融合技术,将乙二醇杂质含量降低,使合成气制乙二醇生产装置产出的工业级乙二醇产品全部或大部分转化为聚酯级乙二醇,显著提高了企业的经济效率。
In the ethylene glycol synthesis process,the yield of polyester grade ethylene glycol in the ethylene glycol production unit from syngas is low.Through the analysis of the ethylene glycol distillation system,the liquid phase ethylene glycol hydrogenation system is designed.The deep integration technology of the original distillation system and the liquid phase hydrogenation system is used to reduce the impurity content of ethylene glycol.All or part of the industrial grade ethylene glycol products from the syngas to ethylene glycol production plant will be converted to polyester grade ethylene glycol.Effectively reduce or eliminate the output of industrial ethylene glycol products,significantly improving the economic efficiency of enterprises.
