摘要
线上线下混合式教学模式深受广大一线教师的青睐。《食品分析》作为食品科学与工程专业的专业核心课,线上线下混合式教学模式有助于课程的顺利实施开展,有助于提升课程的教学效果。同时,对该课程实施过程中效果反馈和存在问题进行了思考。
Online and offline mixed teaching mode is favored by the majority of front-line teachers.Food analysis is a professional major course of food science and engineering.The successful implementation of this teaching mode in the course of food analysis helps to improve the teaching effect of this course.At the same time,implementation effect and some problems existing were presented.
