四酸分解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定矿石中的镓 被引量:1

摘要 样品经HNO_(3),HF,HClO_(4),H_(2)SO_(4)分解,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪在HNO3介质中测定矿石中镓的含量。为研究不同质量数对镓结果的影响,对镓的2个同位素同时进行检测。实验结果表明,在选择质量数^(69)Ga测定矿石中的镓含量时因受到干扰元素的影响,实测值与标准值的相对误差为109.2%~118.6%。选择质量数^(71)Ga测定矿石中镓含量的方法具有良好的线性关系,校准曲线相关系数0.9999,相对标准偏差RSD为1.00%~1.92%,回收率为97.2%~104.2%。该方法在测定^(71)Ga时具线性范围广、分析速度快、检出限低、准确度和精密度高等优点,适合矿石中镓的测定。 Samples were decomposed by HNO_(3),HF,HClO_(4),and H_(2)SO_(4),and the ore content of gallium was determined in a HNO_(3)medium using an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer.To investigate the effect of different mass numbers on the gallium results,this method detects both isotopes of the species simultaneously.The experimental results show that the relative error of^(69)Ga and the standard value is 109.2%to 118.6%.However,the method has a good linear relationship when determining the gallium content in the ore at^(71)Ga.The calibration curve correlation coefficient is 0.9999,the relative standard deviation RSD is 1.00%~1.92%,and the recovery rate is between 97.2%and 104.2%.This method has the advantages of wide linear range,fast analysis speed,low detection limit,high accuracy and precision,and it is suitable for the detection of gallium in ore.
