校企协同育人视角下高职通信类专业“三教”改革的探索与实践

摘要 文章在剖析高职通信技术专业人才培养问题的基础上,提出应以产教融合、协同创新为基础,紧紧围绕‘构建高水平双师教学团队,创新校企“双元”协同育人模式’这一目标大力推进“三教”改革,提升通信类专业校企协同育人水平,以期为其他高职院校相关专业提供借鉴。 Based on the analysis of the cultivation of talents majoring in communication technology,this paper puts forward that it should be based on the integration of industry and education and collaborative innovation,closely focusing on the goal of building a high-level dual qualified teaching team and innovating the“dual”collaborative education mode between schools and enterprises to vigorously promote the reform of"teachers,textbooks and teaching methods"and improve the collaborative education level between schools and enterprises of communication majors,so as to provide reference for other related majors in higher vocational colleges.
