Research and Application of Network Security Strategy for Government Office Automation System

办公自动化系统的运用,在提高政府、企事业单位的办公效率,节约办公成本的同时也存在严重的网络安全风险,文章通过分析政务办公自动化系统使用过程中存在的网络安全威胁,结合应用实际,从管理制度、人员素质、设备管控、等保测评、预警防护、应急演练、日志留存等方面提出安全策略,希望对提高政务自动化办公系统的网络安全水平有所帮助。

The application of government office automation system not only improves the office efficiency of government departments and saves office costs,but also faces serious network security risks.This paper analyzes the network security threats that exist in the use of government office automation systems,and combines practical applications to propose security strategies from aspects such as management systems,personnel quality,equipment control,safety level protection assessment,early warning protection,emergency drills,and log retention,hoping to help improve the network security level of government office automation systems.
