足月妊娠应用Foley 尿管水囊引产的效果观察及护理

Effect Observation and Nursing of Full-term Pregnancy Induced Labor with Foley Catheter

目的探讨足月妊娠行Foley尿管水囊引产的效果与护理。方法将60例足月妊娠单胎头位的产妇随机分为对照组和实验组,实验组行Foley尿管水囊引产护理,对照组行催产素静滴引产护理,比较2组产妇的产程时间、产时出血量、新生儿窒息率、阴道分娩率、剖宫产率。结果实验组产妇第一、二产程、总产程时间、剖宫产率均比对照组明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一次性Foley尿管水囊应用于足月妊娠引产简单、安全、有效,同时配合科学合理的护理措施能有效提高引产成功率、降低剖宫产率、减少产时出血,确保母婴安全,提高病人满意度。

Objective To explore the effect and nursing of full-term pregnancy induced labor with Foley Catheter.Methods 60 full-term pregnant women with single fetal head position were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The Experimental Group was given Foley Catheter and the control group was given oxytocin intravenous infusion.The duration of labor,amount of hemorrhage,rate of Asphyxia Neonatorum,rate of vaginal delivery and rate of cesarean section were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the first and second stage of labor,total duration of labor and cesarean section rate in the experimental group were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of disposable Foley Catheter water bag in full-term pregnancy induced labor is simple,safe and effective.At the same time,with scientific and reasonable nursing measures,it can effectively improve the success rate of induced labor,reduce the rate of cesarean section,reduce bleeding during delivery,ensure the safety of mother and baby,and improve patient satisfaction.
