摘要
目的探讨基于P(Plan)D(Do)C(Cheek)A(Action)的C(Connect)I(Introduce)C(Commu⁃nicate)A(Ask)R(Response)E(Exit)沟通模式对献血成功率及献血者满意度的影响。方法选取2020年5月~2021年5月血站献血者208例,将开展基于PDCA的CICARE沟通模式前的104例献血者设为对照组、之后的104例献血者设为研究组。对照组采取常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采取基于PDCA的CICARE沟通模式。统计两组医护人员沟通能力、献血成功率、献血服务满意度。结果研究组沟通能力评分、献血成功率、献血服务满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采取基于PDCA的CI⁃CARE沟通模式对献血者实施干预,可提升工作人员沟通能力,利于提升献血成功率,且献血者对献血服务满意度较高,值得推广。
Objective To discuss the effectiveness of C(Connected)I(Introduce)C(Communication)A(Ask)R(Response)E(Exit)communication model based on P(Plan)D(Do)C(Cheek)A(Action)in communicating with blood donors and evaluate the success rate and satisfaction of blood donors.Methods A total of 208 blood donors from blood stations from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected.Among them,104 ones before the PDCA-based CICARE communication model were set as the control group,and the other 104 blood donors after the PDCA-based CICARE communication model were the research group.The control group took routine nursing care,and the research group took PDCA-based CICARE communication mode on the basis of the control group.The communication ability,blood donation success rate and blood donation service satisfaction of the two groups of medical staff were collected.Results The communication ability,blood donation success rate and blood donation service satisfaction were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting the PDCAbased CICARE communication model to intervene with blood donors can improve the staff's communication skills and help improve the success rate of blood donation,and blood donors have high satisfaction with blood donation services,which is worth promoting.
