城轨车辆蓄电池供电系统在不同电导率污水下的性能研究

摘要 针对近期发生的雨水倒灌城轨线路并淹没车辆的现象,对城轨车辆蓄电池供电系统中典型蓄电池箱、蓄电池及供电线路结构进行阐述,并通过理论分析和试验验证的方式,对不同电导率的污水淹没蓄电池箱对供电系统产生的影响进行分析,同时对蓄电池供电系统的设计和维护提供相应的参考建议。理论计算和试验结果表明,尽管常规雨水或者生活污水淹没蓄电池箱,在列车45 min应急供电情况下,也不会对供电系统产生影响,供电系统能够保持正常运行。 In view of the phenomenon of rainwater flooding metro lines and submerges vehicles,the typical battery box,battery and power supply line structure in the battery power supply system of urban rail vehicles are introduced.Through theoretical analysis and experimental verification,the impact of sewage flooded battery box with different conductivity on the power supply system is analyzed,and corresponding reference suggestions are provided for the design and maintenance of the battery power supply system.The theoretical calculation and test results show that although conventional rainwater or domestic sewage floods the battery box,it will not affect the power supply system under the emergency power supply situation of 45 minutes of the train,and the power supply system can maintain normal operation.
