赣江新区建设用地空间格局监测

Monitoring of spatial pattern of construction land in Ganjiang New Area

通过对新区城乡建设用地和城市建设用地空间格局变化监测,分析其变化特征,对新区未来建设和发展以及推动生态文明建设有重要指导意义。本文以赣江新区为例,从建设用地空间形态模式、空间重心指数、空间紧凑度、空间形状分形维数等方面,分析了赣江新区2017—2018年建设用地空间格局变化特征,研究结果表明:(1)城乡建设用地和城市建设用地总量均呈现逐步增长的态势,并符合规划;(2)新区属于组团型发展模式,建设空间重心整体向东北方向扩张;(3)为有关政府部门继续推进新区建设和规划调整提供参考依据。

Monitoring and analysis of the spatial pattern of construction land in Ganjiang New District:By monitoring the changes in the spatial pattern of urban and rural construction land and urban construction land in the new district,and analyzing the characteristics of its changes,it has important guiding significance for the future construction and development of the new district and the promotion of ecological civilization construction.Taking Ganjiang New Area as an example,this paper analyzes the changes in the spatial pattern of construction land in Ganjiang New Area from 2017 to 2018 from the aspects of construction land spatial pattern,spatial gravity center index,spatial compactness,and spatial shape fractal dimension.The research results show that:(1)both urban and rural construction land and the total amount of urban construction land show a gradual growth trend,which is in line with the plan;(2)the new area belongs to a group-type development model,and the construction space center of gravity expands to the northeast as a whole;(3)Is relevant government departments continue to promote the construction of new districts and provide reference for planning adjustments.
