民心相通:“一带一路”建设中的文化间性思维

People-to-people Bond:Interculturality in the Belt and Road Initiative

“一带一路”倡议提倡共商共建共享,打造政治互信、经济融合、文化互容的利益共同体、责任共同体和命运共同体。这一举措是在世界范围内对异质文化实现文化融合的一次新尝试,也是沿承“多元文化主义”思路对世界文化发展进行的新探索。研究从文化差异、主体间性、民心相通和多元化生等四个方面阐释“一带一路”民心相通的文化建设中的文化间性思维,并间接回答了“一带一路”跨文化交往的可行性和有效性,以及“一带一路”文化建设能否融入人类命运共同体构建的问题。

The Belt and Road Initiative is established to foster a shared interests community with political mutual trust,economic integration and cultural inclusiveness through extensive consultation,joint contribution and shared benefits.This initiative is a new attempt to realize cultural integration of heterogeneous cultures in the world,and also is a new exploration of the development of world culture of"multiculturalism".This paper interprets the interculturality of the cultural construction with people-to-people bond of the Belt and Road Initiative in four aspects,namely cultural differences,inter-subjectivity,people-to-people bond as well as fusion and birth originated from multi-culture.Indirectly,it also declares the feasibility and effectiveness of cross-cultural communication of the Belt and Road Initiative,and answers the question of whether the cultural construction of the Belt and Road Initiative can be integrated into the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.
