从绿色金融到绿色治理:推动金融机构绿色治理转型

Promoting the Green Governance Transformation of Financial Institutions

党的二十大报告提出“完善支持绿色发展的财税、金融、投资、价格政策和标准体系”,凸显绿色金融在推动绿色转型发展方面的重要意义。将绿色金融提升到绿色治理,推动金融机构绿色治理转型成为进一步推动绿色金融助力绿色发展的关键。本文应用中国上市公司绿色治理指数分析我国上市金融机构绿色治理发展现状,并基于分析结果为推进我国上市金融机构绿色治理转型提出相应的对策建议。

The report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed "improving the fiscal,taxation,financial,investment and pricing policies and standard systems that support green development." This highlighted the importance of green finance in promoting green transformation and development.Green finance also needed to be promoted to the stage of "green governance" in an effort to achieve a green governance transformation of financial institutions.This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of green governance of China’s listed financial institutions by using the Green Governance Index of Chinese listed companies released by the China Academy of Corporate Governance of Nankai University.It puts forward suggestions to promote the green governance transformation of China’s listed financial institutions.
