两级气浮装置处理冷轧含油废水的试验研究

摘要 气浮法是指利用高度分散的微小气泡作为载体粘附于废水中污染物上,使其浮力大于重力和上浮阻力,从而使污染物上浮至水面,形成泡沫,然后用刮渣设备自水面刮除泡沫,实现固液或液液分离的过程,称为气浮法。气浮法水处理技术是20世纪70、80年代发展起来的一种新型的固—液、液—液分离新技术,该技术广泛应用于油田、日用化工及其他工业污水处理。本文以钢铁企业冷轧含油废水为研究对象,利用两级气浮装置进行除油处理,探索溶气气浮装置对冷轧含油废水中油含量的去除效率,以期能够为该工艺的设计和应用提供参考性建议。 Air floatation method is the use of highly dispersed micro bubbles as a carrier to adhere to pollutants in the wastewater,so that buoyancy is greater than gravity and floatation resistance,so that pollutants float up to the surface of the water,forming foam,and then scraping the foam from the water surface with scraping equipment,so as to achieve solid-liquid or liquid-liquid separation process is called air flotation.Air flotation water treatment technology is a new solid-liquid and liquid-liquid separation technology developed in the 1970s and 1980s.It is widely used in oil field,daily chemical industry and other industrial wastewater treatment.This paper takes the cold rolling oily wastewater of iron and steel enterprises as the research object,uses two-stage air flotation device for oil removal,and explores the removal efficiency of dissolved air flotation device for oil content in cold rolling oily wastewater,in order to provide reference suggestions for the design and application of this process.
