摘要
阜阳卷烟厂作为生产能耗较大的烟草企业,在进行节能减排技术改造后,深入挖掘蒸汽利用系统节能潜力,与大连汇能共同设计开发了基于无线电传输的疏水阀在线监测系统,将其作为笔者公司围绕扎实做好“碳达峰、碳中和”各项工作的一部分,集成到烟草能效管理系统中,通过本公司的实际应用,为国家“十四五”时期的工作目标实现贡献自己的绵薄之力。
Fuyang Cigarette Factory is a tobacco enterprise with high energy consumption.After the technical transformation of energy conservation and emission reduction,it deeply explored the energy conservation potential of the steam utilization system,and jointly designed and developed an online monitoring system for steam traps based on radio transmission with Dalian Winning.It will be integrated into the tobacco energy efficiency management system as a part of the author's company's work of"carbon peaking and carbon neutralization".Through the actual application of the company,it will contribute to the realization of the national goals during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period.
