固原市城市高质量发展及耦合协调关系研究

Research on High-quality Urban Development and Coupling Coordination Relationship in Guyuan City

以宁夏回族自治区固原市为研究对象,以高质量发展为视角,探讨固原市城市高质量发展水平并提出对策建议,结果表明,(1)研究区城市高质量发展在创新、协调、绿色、开放和共享发展五个层面存在显著差异,其中绿色发展波动较大,其余四个层面发展波动较小,且总体呈上升发展趋势。(2)研究区整体耦合协调度呈现出稳定的发展趋势。(3)研究区城市高质量发展总体水平较低。在此基础上,提出针对性的建议和对策,(1)因地制宜,发展产业科技新业态,促进创新与绿色同步发展;(2)把握机遇,加强多领域交流与合作,促进开放与共享共同进步;(3)公平公正,提高各行各业协作发展,促进城市协调发展度。

Taking Guyuan City,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region as the research object,from the perspective of high-quality development,this paper discusses the level of urban high-quality development in Guyuan City and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.The results show that,(1)the high-quality development of cities in the study area is innovative,coordinated,green,and open.There are significant differences between the five levels of development and shared development,among which the green development fluctuates greatly,while the development fluctuations of the other four levels are small,and the overall development trend is upward.(2)The overall coupling coordination degree of the study area shows a stable development trend.(3)The overall level of high-quality urban development in the study area is relatively low.On this basis,put forward targeted suggestions and countermeasures,①according to local conditions,develop new forms of industrial science and technology,and promote the simultaneous development of innovation and green;②seize opportunities,strengthen exchanges and cooperation in multiple fields,and promote openness and sharing common progress;③fairness and justice,improve the cooperative development of all walks of life,and promote the coordinated development of the city.
