Strategic Choice to Promote High-quality Economic Development

党的二十大报告指出,高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务。从历史逻辑、现实逻辑、理论逻辑来看,推动我国经济高质量发展虽然是新时代的鲜明主题,但仍然面临着来自国际和国内的多重挑战,需要在党的全面领导下,坚持制度为基、协同创新、系统观念,通过建设现代化经济体系、优化营商环境、加强供给侧改革和需求侧管理等措施,推动经济发展的质量变革、效率变革与动力变革。

Report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China states that high-quality development is the top task of building China into a modern socialist country in all respects.From the perspective of historical logic,realistic logic,and theoretical logic,although promoting China s high-quality economic development is a distinct theme in the new era,it still faces international and domestic challenges.It is necessary to adhere to the system-based,collaborative innovation,and systematic concept under the overall leadership of the Party,and take measures such as building a modern economic system,optimizing the business environment,strengthening supply-side reform and demand-side management,to promote quality change,efficiency change and power change of economic development.
