“教学管”三位一体高职学风建设模式的构建

摘要 学风建设是一项系统工程,管理者、教师和学生各自担负着不同的使命责任。培育优良学风,全面提高人才培养质量,“教、学、管”三方不能只抓“分内之事”,而是要在同向同标理念引领下,优化分工,加强协作,共同塑造和提升学生综合素质。文章从“教学管”三位一体高职学风建设模式的价值意蕴出发,通过对高职学风建设模式现实困窘的研判分析,提出构建“教学管”三位一体学风建设模式的具体策略,从教、学、管以及多维协同的角度,推进学风建设长效机制落实落地。 To cultivate excellent learning style and comprehensively improve the quality of talent training,it is necessary for the three parties of"teaching,learning and management"to go beyond their own responsibilities through optimizing the division of labor,strengthening their cooperation so as to jointly improve the overall quality of students under the guidance of the same direction and the same standard.Based on a study of the value of the academic atmosphere construction involving integration of the"teaching""learning"and"managing"in higher vocational schools,this paper analyzes the difficulty in building an excellent learning atmosphere in higher vocational schools,and puts forward specific strategies for building such an atmosphere that may well integrates the"teaching""learning"and"managing",with a view to promoting the implementation of the long-term effective mechanism of learning atmosphere construction from the angle of teaching,learning,management and multi-dimensional coordination.
