摘要
薄板类工件在制作过程中变形较大,尤其是大尺寸、形状复杂、折弯次数多、焊接处多的工件,制作难度大,外观效果差。本文以八角柜为例,对薄板类柜体的结构和工艺进行分析研究,并根据分析结果设计工艺卡片,通过对制作的八角柜检测,验证了所采取的工艺方法在薄板制作中的可行性,为此类薄板柜体的制作提供了技术支撑。
Thin plate workpieces have large deformation during the manufacturing process,especially those with large dimensions,complex shapes,multiple bends,and multiple welds,which are difficult to manufacture and have poor results.This article takes octagonal cabinets as an example to analyze and study the structure and process of thin plate cabinets.Based on the analysis results,a process card is designed.the feasibility of the adopted process in thin plate fabrication is verified by testing the fabricated octagonal cabinets,providing technical support for the subsequent fabrication of such thin plate cabinets.
