摘要
建立了杂物在静电场中的运动轨迹模型,运用多物理场耦合模型对静电辊表面的电场分布、杂物在电场中的运动轨迹进行仿真分析;采用单因素实验法研究各种摩擦式静电除杂样机除杂率的影响。结果表明:试验效果与仿真结果的趋势基本一致,在环境湿度为60%RH、静电辊转速为25 r/min时,杂物的挑出率为98.77%,相较于最初的工艺参数平均挑出率提高了20.51%。研究为提高摩擦式静电除杂机的除杂率提供参考。
The trajectory model of impurities in electrostatic field was established,and the electric field distribution on the surface of electrostatic roller and the trajectory of impurities in the electric field were simulated and analyzed by means of multi-physical field coupling model.The single factor experiment was used to study the effect of various friction electrostatic impurity removal prototypes.Results show that the trend of test results is basically consistent with that of simulation results.When the ambient humidity is 60%RH and the speed of electrostatic roller is 25r/min,the pick-out rate of impurities is 98.77%,which is 20.51%higher than the average pick-out rate of initial process parameters.This study can provide reference for improving the impurity removal rate of friction electrostatic impurity remover.
