“岗课赛证融通”育人模式在老年照护课程中的应用研究与实践

摘要 “岗课赛证融通”综合育人是“三教”改革的重要内容。老年照护课程与老年照护岗位、养老服务及健康与社会照护职业技能竞赛、1+X老年照护及养老护理员职业技能等级证书关系密切,从师资团队组建、课程内容构建、新形态教材开发、螺旋进阶式授课模式以及多角度全方面的结课评价方式等方面进行“岗课赛证融通”育人模式的探索与实践,实施效果良好。 The comprehensive education of“the integration of post,course,competition and certificate”is an important part of the reform of“three education”.The aged care curriculum is closely related to aged care post,elderly care service and health as well as social care vocational skill competition,and vocational skill grade certificate of the 1+X aged care and elderly care workers.The exploration and practice of the model of educating people of“the integration of post,course,competition and certificate”is carried out from the aspects of teacher team establishment,curriculum content construction,new forms teaching materials development,spiral progressive teaching mode,and multi-angle and all-sided class-ending evaluation method,and the implementation effect is good.
