压缩式垃圾车优化设计研究

摘要 为解决压缩式垃圾车压填力、破碎力不足,大件垃圾无法破碎,铲车一次上料过多时出现压填循环卡滞的问题,对某公司产品进行了新型轻量化材料的应用、结构、制造工艺和各项性能参数的优化,以及液压和电控系统的新开发。通过实际工况进行理论验证,弥补了工作中的系统缺陷,从而提高产品质量和可靠性。项目的成功实施表明,该优化设计可以有效提高我国垃圾车装载效率,提高企业的产品水平和我国环卫设备的制造水平,为压缩式垃圾车的升级换代创造新的利润增长点。 To solve the compression type garbage truck filling pressure force,crushing force is insufficient,heavy junk cannot be broken,a forklift truck loading pressure filling loop binding problem when too much,of the company products new lightweight materials application,structure and manufacturing process optimization,optimization of their performance parameters,hydraulic and electric control system of new development.The theoretical verification is carried out through the actual working conditions,and the system defects in the work are optimized,so as to improve the product quality and reliability.The successful implementation results of the project show that the optimal design can effectively improve the loading efficiency and level of garbage trucks,improve the product level of enterprises,improve the manufacturing level of environmental sanitation equipment,and create a new profit growth point for the upgrading of compressed garbage trucks.
