论文对阅读与全民阅读的概念进行了阐述,介绍了儿童阅读推广的目标,认为儿童阅读推广的使命是引导、训练、帮助和服务,并指出阅读推广人需要运用项目管理/过程管理理论,以不同于传统图书馆管理的方法进行阅读推广。

This paper expounds the concept of reading and reading for all,introduces the goal of children’s reading promotion,believes that the mission of children’s reading promotion is to guide,train,help and serve,and points out that reading promoters need to use project management/process management theory to promote reading in a way different from traditional library management.
