数据智慧赋能公共数字文化信息生态系统重构研究--以公共危机疫情为背景

Research on Reconstruction of Public Digital Culture Information Ecosystem Enabled by Data Intelligence:Under the Background of Public Crisis Epidemic

数字化转型环境下,维持公共数字文化信息生态系统动态平衡,是公共数字文化服务提质增效的必要条件。论文借助信息生态理论与方法,考察数字化转型期间公共危机疫情对公共数字文化信息生态系统带来的影响,梳理系统结构要素功能关系,在“变”的环境中探索相对“不变”的重构模式,并提出高品质定位服务、持续性投入资源、协同进化生态位和巩固生态链强度等系列举措,以实现系统动态地自我升级与革新。

Under the digital transformation environment,maintaining the dynamic balance of the public digital cultural information ecosystem is a necessary condition for improving the quality and efficiency of public digital cultural services.With the help of information ecology theory and method,this paper examines the impact of public crisis epidemic on the public digital cultural information ecosystem during the digital transformation period,combs the functional relationship of system structure elements,explores the relatively“unchanged”reconstruction mode in the“changing”environment,and puts forward a series of measures such as high-quality positioning services,sustainable investment of resources,co evolution niche and consolidation of ecological chain strength,in order to achieve dynamic self upgrading and innovation of the system.
