山西省高校“冰雪运动进校园”发展现状调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Development Status of"Snow and Ice Sports into Campus"in Colleges and Universities in Shanxi Province

该文主要采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,对山西省高校冰雪运动项目的相关政策、组织现状、硬件设施、师资力量、学生参与情况、文化氛围等方面进行分析,探究了山西省高校冰雪运动发展的现状,研究调查表明,影响山西省高校冰雪运动进校园推广的因素,包括组织机构设置不均衡,师资力量薄弱,硬件设施规划不合理,学生参与项目单一,文化宣传不到位等。在此基础上,针对以上问题提出相应建议,即合理设置冰雪运动的结构,因地制宜地提出相应的政策,拓展师资引进及培训渠道,丰富活动内容,加强文化宣传等,以期为山西省下一步开展冰雪运动进校园提供理论依据,为实现扩大山西省冰雪运动人口目标作出应有的贡献。

This paper mainly uses the literature data method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,and mathematical statistics method to analyze relevant policies,organization status,hardware facilities,teachers,student participation and cultural atmosphere of ice and snow sports in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province,and explore the development status of ice and ice and snow sports in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province.Research investigations show that the factors affecting the promotion of"Ice and Snow Sports into Campus"in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province include unbalanced organizational structure setting,weak teacher resources,unreasonable hardware facility planning,single project for student participation and inadequate cultural publicity.On this basis,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions in view of the above problems,that is,setting up the structure of ice and snow sports reasonably,putting forward corresponding policies according to local conditions,expanding the introduction and training channels of teachers,enriching the content of activities and strengthening cultural publicity,so as to provide theoretical basis for the next development of"Ice and Snow Sports into Campus"in Shanxi Province,and makes due contribution to realizing the goal of expanding the population of ice and snow sports in Shanxi Province.
