运动干预对中国幼儿柔韧素质影响的Meta分析

Effects of Exercise Intervention on Flexible Diathesis in Young Children in China:A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis

摘要 目的:运用元分析(meta-analysis)的方法检验运动对中国3~6岁幼儿柔韧素质的干预效果,为开展精准有效的干预实践,进一步提高幼儿柔韧素质提供理论参考。方法:通过检索中英文数据库中符合纳入的文献,排除非随机对照实验的文献,按照Cochrane风险偏倚评价方法,对纳入文献进行质量评价,并使用Review Manager5.3、stat16统计软件对提取的数据进行元分析,对945名受试者通过设置干预时间、干预内容、干预周期、干预次数、干预频数5个调节变量,进行亚组分析,采用随机、固定效应模型进行异质性以及发表偏倚性检验。结果:(1)运动干预对幼儿柔韧素质影响的效应量MD=1.03,P<0.00001,具有统计学意义;(2)运动次数(I2=86.1%)和运动频率(I2=81.6%)表明,运动干预和幼儿柔韧素质之间的异质性较高,干预内容(I2=56.8%)和干预持续时间(I2=0,P=0.08<0.1)对运动干预和幼儿柔韧素质之间的关系存在中等程度的异质性,干预周期(I2=17.3%)对运动干预和幼儿柔韧素质之间的异质性较低。结论:(1)运动干预对于幼儿柔韧素质有积极的作用;(2)体育游戏对于幼儿的柔韧素质促进作用最为明显;(3)相比于其他运动周期,12周效果最好;(4)干预持续时间超过45min效果更佳。 In order to offer theoretical reference to carry on accurate and valid intervention,and improve the flexibility of children further,the dissertation applies the meta-analysis method to verify the intervention effect of exercise on flexibility of children aged from three to six in China.Methods:Retrieving literatures which are involved in nonrandom controlled trials or not in domestic Chinese and English database,then filtering the literatures which are involved in nonrandom controlled trials.In light of the Cochrane risk bias assessment,the dissertation uses the quality evaluation for literatures which are involved in nonrandom controlled trials.And Review Manager5.3 and stata16 are used to make meta-analysis for extractive data,and to have 946 subjects accept the time,contents,periods,times and frequency of intervention.And then using the five moderates to make subgroup analysis.Adopting random and fixed-effect patterns to develop heterogeneity and bias tests.Results:(1)The effect size(MD=1.03,P<0.00001),which exercise intervention have effect on the flexibility of children,has statistical significance.(2)The times(I2=86.1%)and frequency(I2=81.6%)of intervention demonstrate that the heterogeneity between exercise intervention and the flexibility of children is higher,and the contents(I2=56.8%)and duration(I2=0,P=0.08<0.1)of intervention)have medium heterogeneity with the relation between exercise intervention and the flexibility of children,and the periods of intervention(I2=17.3%)has lower heterogeneity with exercise intervention and the flexibility of children.Conclusions:(1)Exercise intervention has positive impact on the flexibility of children.(2)Sports games mostly promote the flexibility of children.(3)Compared with other periods of exercise,twelve weeks has best effect.(4)The duration of intervention over 45 minutes has more obvious benefits.
