摘要
建设高水平的创新创业师资队伍是大学完成立德树人、为社会培养高质量人才目标的关键一步。该文采用文献资料法、访谈法、统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对舞蹈表演专业创新创业师资队伍建设的基本情况及科研、教师培训等开展调查,发现创新创业师资队伍建设存在4个方面的问题:第一,师资队伍缺乏继续教育;第二,传统教育理念造成双师型教师的稀少;第三,教师在创新创业方面缺少科研理论支持;第四,教师队伍创新创业实践成长平台短缺。基于此,提出舞蹈表演专业创新创业师资队伍的建设对策:第一,促进舞蹈表演专业教师继续教育;第二,注重培育双师型高素质教师;第三,提高舞蹈表演专业教师创新创业科研能力;第四,打造舞蹈表演专业创新创业师资队伍成长平台。
Building high-level teachers for innovation and entrepreneurship is a key step for the university to achieve the goal of establishing morality and cultivating high-quality talents for the society.This paper adopts the methods of literature,interview,statistics,logical analysis and other research methods to investigate the basic situation,scientific research and teacher training of the construction of teachers for innovation and entrepreneurship in dance performance specialty,and finds that there are four problems in the construction of teachers for innovation and entrepreneurship:lack of continuing education for teachers,lack of double-quality teachers caused by the traditional education concepts,lack of scientific research theory support in innovation and entrepreneurship for teachers,and shortage of practice and growth platforms of teachers for innovation and entrepreneurship.Based on these,countermeasures of the construction of teachers for innovation and entrepreneurship in dance performance specialty:promote the continuing education for teachers in dance performance specialty,pay attention to the cultivation of double-quality high-quality teachers,improve the scientific research ability of teachers for innovation and entrepreneurship in dance performance specialty,and build a growth platform for teachers for innovation and entrepreneurship in dance performance specialty.
