Painting is the premise of clothing pattern design,and different painting forms can have different effects on the final effect of clothing pattern design.Abstract school,as one of the artistic styles of clothing pattern design,is valued by many excellent clothing designers.It can give people a more direct impact on vision,has a higher promotion value,and can promote the innovative development of clothing pattern design.By analyzing the main characteristics of the abstract school art style,this paper sums up the basic principles and the specific forms that should be observed in the application of this art style to the design of clothing patterns,in order to promote the deep integration of abstract school art and clothing design,and create conditions for the realization of the sustainable development goal of China’s clothing industry.
