化工企业自动化仪表设计探究

Discussion on the Design of Automatic Instrument in Chemical Enterprises

随着我国经济的快速发展,我国的科技进步很快,而自动化程度也越来越高。在化工企业中,正确地进行自动化仪器的设计,能够最大限度地优化仪器的工作性能,改善仪器的适用性。化工自动化仪表在化工自动化控制中占有举足轻重的地位。随着我国化工工业的迅速发展,在实际应用中出现了很多问题,无论是在仪器的设计上,还是在建设和管理上,都有一些亟待解决的问题。文章介绍了国内工业自动化仪器的应用情况,对化工厂自动化仪表的设计原理、仪器种类作了简单的介绍,并对其基本的设计思想作了说明,同时还对我国当前存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了一些解决办法。

In chemical enterprises,the correct design of automatic instruments can maximize the working performance of instruments and improve the applicability of instruments.This paper gives a brief introduction to the design principles and types of automatic instruments in chemical plants,and explains the basic design ideas.With the rapid development of China's economy,China's scientific and technological progress is very fast,and the degree of automation is getting higher and higher.Chemical automation instrument plays an important role in chemical automation control.With the rapid development of China's chemical industry,many problems have arisen in practical application,whether in the design of instruments,or in the construction and management,there are some problems that need to be solved urgently.This paper introduces the application of industrial automation instruments in China.At the same time,this paper also analyzes the existing problems in China and puts forward some solutions.
