摘要 中国乃至全球的城市化进程正在加速,汽车正在成为主要的交通工具。汽车数量的迅速增加,让人们的生活变得简便,但也引起了各种交通问题,因此,有效地监测和管理违法车辆是维持交通秩序的重要任务。目前,车牌识别系统在一定条件下具有较高的识别精度,但在非特定性自然场景中图像的获取会受到光强度、拍摄角度、字符失真和模糊、车牌污染等因素的干扰,致使相关控制部门实时监控设备采集的车辆图像质量较差,增加了现有系统的识别难度。因此,为了更好地完善和服务智能交通系统,改进和完善车牌识别方法非常重要,具有一定的现实意义和理论参考价值。 The process of urbanization in China and even the world is accelerating,and automobiles are becoming the main means of transportation.The rapid increase in the number of cars has made people's lives easier,but also caused various traffic problems.Therefore,effective monitoring and management of illegal vehicles is an important task to maintain traffic order.At present,the license plate recognition system has high recognition accuracy under certain conditions,but the acquisition of images in non-specific natural scenes will be interfered by factors such as light intensity,shooting angle,character distortion and blur,and license plate pollution,resulting in poor quality of vehicle images collected by real-time monitoring equipment of relevant control departments,which increases the recognition difficulty of the existing system.Therefore,in order to better improve and serve the intelligent transportation system,it is very important to improve and perfect the license plate recognition method,which has certain practical significance and theoretical reference value.
