摘要
机电一体化作为工业发展的动力,已经在智能制造之中得以广泛应用。机电一体化技术的性能比较强大,且具有较强的综合性,能够与控制系统、全自动生产线相互结合,从而实现智能制造水平的提升。通过编程方式实现无人化操控,使机械设备的运转消除人为因素影响,从而降低故障率,使智能制造的整体成本得到有效节约。文章分析了机电一体化技术在智能制造中的应用优势,对机电一体化技术的具体应用进行了探讨,从而为智能制造发展提供技术支持。
As the driving force of industrial development,mechatronics has been widely used in intelligent manufacturing.The performance of mechatronics technology is relatively strong and has strong comprehensiveness.It can be combined with the control system and the full-automatic production line to improve the level of intelligent manufacturing,realize unmanned control through programming,eliminate the influence of human factors in the operation of mechanical equipment,and reduce the failure rate,It can effectively save the overall cost of intelligent manufacturing.This paper briefly summarizes mechatronics technology and intelligent manufacturing,then analyzes the application advantages of mechatronics technology in intelligent manufacturing,and finally discusses the specific application of mechatronics technology,so as to provide technical support for the development of intelligent manufacturing.
