All life and production activities in modern society cannot be separated from the support of chemical products.Food additives,rubber products,metal materials,etc.belong to the category of chemical products,so chemical enterprises have become an important force to promote the development of human society.At this stage,with the rapid development and comprehensive application of science and technology,the chemical industry has also obtained a good opportunity for development,especially in chemical instrument automation equipment.In this context,the production and operation of chemical enterprises are gradually moving towards automation,intelligence and digitalization,which not only greatly improves the quality and efficiency of chemical enterprises'production,but also effectively ensures the safety of chemical production.Based on this,in order to ensure that the chemical instrument automation equipment can give full play to its application value,this paper has carried out a detailed analysis and discussion on the common failure problems in the operation of the automation equipment.At the same time,from the perspective of enterprise production and operation management,it has proposed several strategies for the prevention and maintenance of automation equipment failures,with a view to sharing and communicating with people in the chemical industry.
