摘要
本文从产业发展、新工科时代解决复杂工程问题和学生全面发展三个角度,阐明了跨学科复合型人才培养是时代要求。根据跨学科人才培养的开放性与动态性、合作协同、高度融合的特点,西南科技大学地理信息科学专业探索了跨学科复合型人才培养的实现路径:(1)制定具有开放型和跨学科特色、适合行业现状和发展需要的培养方案;而且专门针对人文素养和思政教育目标进行了顶层设计;(2)通过改善本专业教师的知识结构、适当安排相关学科老师担任专业课程的教学任务、从校外聘请产业教授担任实践教学环节的指导教师,构建满足复合型人才培养的师资队伍;(3)通过大量教学案例实现理工类学科内部的跨学科人才培养;(4)发挥传统文化独特优势,在专业教育中融入思政教育和美学教育,实现在理工和人文之间的跨学科人才培养;(5)将培养学生的空间、时间尽可能突破课堂和校园的限制,营造开放的育人环境。
From three perspectives of industrial development,solving complex engineering problems in the new engineering era and students’all-round development,this paper expounds that interdisciplinary talents training is the requirement of the times.According to the characteristics of interdisciplinary talents training,such as openness and dynamics,cooperation and coordination,and high integra-tion,we introduce how to realize the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents of Geographic Information Science Major in Southwest Uni-versity of Science and Technology,which consists of:(1)A training program with open and interdisciplinary characteristics and suitable for the current situation and development needs of the industry has been formulated,Moreover,the top-level design is specially designed for the humanistic quality and ideological and political education objectives;(2)By improving the knowledge structure of teachers in this major,appropriately arranging teachers of relevant disciplines to serve as teaching tasks of professional courses,and employing industry professors from outside the school to serve as guidance teachers in practical teaching,we will build a teaching team that can meet the needs of cultivating compound talents;(3)Through a large number of teaching cases to achieve interdisciplinary talent training within science and engineering disciplines;(4)Give full play to the unique advantages of traditional culture,integrate ideological and political education and aesthetic education into professional education,and realize interdisciplinary personnel training between science and technology and humanities;(5)The space and time for training students will break through the restrictions of classroom and campus as much as possible and optimize the education environment.
