滑动水口是铁水包重要密封设备,对密封的性能要求较高。本文对某钢厂的滑动水口进行设计改造,重点改进滑动水口的密封效率,提高滑动水口的密封性能,该滑动水口制造简单、成本较低。

Sliding nozzle is an important sealing equipment for molten iron ladle, high requirements for sealing performance. In this paper, the sliding nozzle of a steel plant is designed and reformed, focusing on improving the sealing efficiency of the sliding nozzle and improving the sealing performance of the sliding nozzle. The sliding nozzle has the advantages of simple manufacture and low cost.
