摘要
随着高炉喷煤量的不断增加,高炉喷煤制粉能力不足的问题成为限制各高炉煤比提高的重要因素。酒钢炼铁厂本部高炉喷煤通过工艺参数调整,改善原煤的可磨性,提高磨煤机的加载压力,降低原煤水份,延伸原煤采购、料场管理,优化生产组织,提高磨煤机作业率等措施,提高了高炉喷煤制粉能力,为高炉优化指标、提高煤比提供了保障。
With the increasing of coal injection in blast furnaces, the insufficient coal injection capacity of blast furnaces has become an important factor limiting the improvement of coal ratio of blast furnaces. JISCO iron blast furnace coal injection through this process parameters adjustment, improve grindability of raw coal, improve the coal mill load pressure, reduce the raw coal moisture, extension of coal procurement, yard management, optimization of production organization, improve the operation efficiency measures such as mill and improve the ability of blast furnace coal injection powder, improve coal for blast furnace optimization index than provided safeguard.
