摘要
对比不同加热工艺下高碳马氏体边部质量,并取样做OM观察、SEM宏观形貌和能谱分析,发现裂纹处有明显的硅酸盐类复合夹杂物存在,且夹杂物聚集处形成明显的碳偏析带,进而导致钢板沿厚度方向产生平行于轧向的裂纹源,该裂纹源是边部裂纹产生的根本原因。
Comparing the edge quality of high carbon martensite under different heating processes, and taking samples for OM Observation, SEM macro morphology and energy spectrum analysis, it is found that there are obvious silicate composite inclusions at the crack, and obvious carbon segregation zone is formed at the inclusion aggregation, which leads to the crack source parallel to the rolling direction along the thickness direction of the steel plate, which is the fundamental cause of the edge crack.
