摘要
酒钢4#高炉因产能限制于2021年10月13日停炉,12月13日点火复产。本次开炉过程中采取了一系列技术措施,包括合理配料及装料、开炉前烘料、优化送风点火操作、预埋氧枪出铁等措施,克服了以往未清理炉缸死铁层高炉开炉时渣铁难出,炉况恢复困难,高炉强化缓慢的问题。开炉后渣铁排放顺畅,高炉稳定顺行,实现5 d全风口作业,8 d达产,10 d达标的既定目标,为酒钢今后开炉积累了宝贵经验。
Due to capacity limitation, 4# blast furnace of JISCO was shut down on October 13, 2021, and restarted by ignition on December 13. A series of technical measures adopted in the process of furnace opening, including reasonable batching and loading, drying material before furnace opening, optimization of air supply ignition operation, embedded oxygen gun iron extraction and other measures, overcome the previous problems of slag iron is difficult to be discharged when the dead iron layer of the furnace cylinder is not cleaned, furnace condition recovery is difficult, and the blast furnace strengthening is slow. After opening the furnace, the slag and iron discharge is smooth, the blast furnace is stable and in line, and the set goals of 5 days of full tuyere operation, 8 days of production, and 10 days of standard are achieved. It has accumulated valuable experience for the future opening of Jiusteel.
