阳极炭渣中炭质材料的燃烧规律及电解质回收研究

摘要 针对阳极炭渣中电解质的资源化再利用,以脱除其中炭质材料和回收电解质为目的,进行了碳的燃烧研究。结合阳极炭渣中主要元素的化学组成和赋存状态确定研究方案,采用焙烧法研究了阳极炭渣中炭质材料的燃烧规律。研究结果表明:在焙烧温度为800℃,升温速率为5℃/min和焙烧时间为90 min的条件下,碳脱除率可达96.21%,电解质的纯度为99.35%,电解质可直接返铝电解生产槽,实现了阳极炭渣的资源化利用和无害化处置。 Aiming at the resource reuse of electrolyte in anode carbon slag, in order to remove carbonaceous materials and recover electrolytes, the combustion of carbon was studied. Combined with the chemical composition and occurrence state of the main elements in the anode carbon slag, the research scheme is determined. The combustion law of carbon in anode carbon residue was studied. The results show that the carbon removal rate can reach 96.21% when the combustion temperature is 800 ℃, the heating rate is 5 ℃/min and the holding time is 90 min. The purity of electrolyte is 99.35%, which can be directly returned to aluminum electrolysis production cell. The resource utilization and harmless disposal of anode carbon residue are realized.
