三轴联动数控龙门铣床加工高炉冷却壁内框面的工艺应用

摘要 某钢厂炼铁高炉铁口处冷却壁由于炉皮、铁口框制作和安装时存在累计误差,冷却壁安装后其内框与铁口框下方没有间隙,无法浇灌耐火材料,需要对内框面进行加工修复,对尺寸精度、光洁度要求不高。将冷却壁底面水平放置加工为变换角度的圆弧曲面加工,本文主要介绍了利用三轴数控龙门铣床加工该内框面的工艺方法。 A steel mill iron blast furnace mouth cooling wall due to the furnace skin, iron mouth frame production and installation of accumulated errors, after the installation of the cooling wall inside the frame and iron mouth frame below no gap, can not be cast refractory materials, the inner frame surface processing repair, dimensional accuracy, finish requirements are not high. The bottom surface of the cooling wall is processed into a circular arc surface with changing angle. This paper mainly introduces the process method of machining the inner frame surface with a three-axis CNC gantry milling machine.
