考虑温度梯度的氧化锆整体叶盘振动特性分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究温度场对热障涂层(thermal barrier coatings, TBC)整体叶盘振动特性的影响,考虑温度梯度在叶片厚度方向的非线性分布,并建立TBC整体叶盘有限元模型。基于热-固耦合原理和稳态热传导理论,采用有限元方法分析了TBC整体叶盘模态特性,绘制坎贝尔图研究频率转向,并在频率转向区进行响应分析。结果表明:非线性温度分布的温度场会降低TBC整体叶盘的模态频率;其模态频率转向区的转向间隙因温升而逐渐降低;在激振力作用下,受迫响应曲线因温升而出现左倾趋势且响应峰值逐渐增大,影响范围在10%以内。可见温升对TBC整体叶盘振动特性影响显著。 In order to study the influence of temperature field on the vibration characteristics of TBC(thermal barrier coatings)bladed blisk,the nonlinear distribution of temperature gradient along the direction of blade thickness was considered,and the finite element model of TBC bladed blisk was established.Based on thermal-solid coupling principle and steady-state heat conduction theory,the modal characteristics of TBC blisk were analyzed by finite element method,and the frequency steering was studied by using campbell diagram,and the response was analyzed in the frequency steering region.The results show that the temperature field of nonlinear temperature distribution can reduce the modal frequency of TBC blisk.The steering clearance in the modal frequency steering zone decreases gradually as the temperature rises.Under the action of excitation force,the forced response curve tends to tilt left and the response peak increases gradually with the temperature rising,and the influence range is less than 10%.It can be seen that temperature rise has a significant effect on the vibration characteristics of TBC blisk.
