基于组合赋权的煤矿透水应急救援能力评价 被引量:7

摘要 煤矿透水事故应急救援能力对于煤矿透水事故发生后的应急救援具有重要意义。煤矿透水应急救援能力的影响因素较多,并且各因素具有一定的模糊性和不确定性,导致在安全评价时无法得到合适的指标权重。据此给出了一种组合赋权的方法,通过引入拉格朗日函数,建立决策模型;引入欧氏距离函数,建立主客观权重和偏好系数关系;通过层次分析法与熵权法获得更加合理的组合权重,并运用到模糊综合评价中。运用提出的组合赋权-模糊综合评价模型对黑龙江某煤矿透水应急救援能力进行评价,评价结果为“优”,符合工程实际。结果表明:组合赋权能够获得合理的煤矿透水事故应急救援能力指标权重,可了解应急救援中真实存在的问题,从而有针对性地提升应急救援能力指标。基于组合赋权的模糊综合评价模型具有较好的科学性和准确性,在工程应用上有良好的实用价值。 The emergency rescue capability of coal mine water penetration is of great significance for the prevention and emergency rescue of coal mine water penetration accidents.There are many factors affecting the emergency rescue capability of coal mine permeation,and each factor has certain ambiguity and uncertainty,which makes it difficult to obtain reasonable index weights in safety evaluation.Accordingly,a combination weighting method was given,and a decision model was established by introducing the Lagrange function.The Euclidean distance function was introduced to establish the relationship between subjective and objective weights and preference coefficients.A more reasonable combination weight was obtained by analytic hierarchy process and Entropy weight method,and applied to fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The proposed combined weighting-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was used to evaluate the emergency rescue ability of water penetration in a coal mine in Heilongjiang,and the evaluation result was“excellent”,which was in line with the actual situation of the project.The results show that the combined weighting can obtain a reasonable index weight of the emergency rescue capability of coal mine water penetration accident,understand the problems existing in the emergency rescue,so as to improve the index affecting the emergency rescue capability in a targeted manner.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on combination weighting has good scientificity and accuracy,and has good engineering application value.
