摘要
高校作为社会主义现代化建设的重要力量,是国家治理体系与治理能力现代化建设的有机组成部分。推进高校治理体系和治理能力现代化是发展新阶段高校高质量发展的必然选择,也是深化教育领域综合改革的总要求和新部署。厘清高校治理现代化的逻辑起点,把准高校治理现代化的关键要素,从加强高校党的领导、创新高校治理理念、完善高校治理制度和优化高校治理工具四个方面入手,将有效提升高校治理现代化水平和能力。
As an important force in socialist modernization construction, colleges and universities are an organic part of the modernization construction of national governance system and governance capacity.Promoting the modernization of university governance system and governance capacity is an inevitable choice for the high-quality development of colleges and universities in the new stage of development, as well as the general requirements and new deployment of deepening the comprehensive reform in the field of education.It will effectively enhance the modernization level and ability of university governance to clarify the logical starting point of the modernization of university governance and grasp the key elements of the modernization of university governance through strengthening the leadership of the Party, innovating the idea of university governance, perfecting the construction of university governance system and optimizing the tools of university governance.
