摘要
新文科建设进入全面启动的新阶段,对进入国家一流专业建设的金融专业教师提出更高、更系统的要求。基于新文科建设目标和南京审计大学金融学专业具体情况,从新课程、新理论和新评价三个方面,阐述新文科背景下金融学专业青年教师教学质量提升策略。新课程方面,要加强金融专业课程建设、实践课程建设以及国际化课程建设。新理论方面,要明确新理论研究的目的和价值、将西方经典金融理论中国化以及基于新理论金融政策的独立思考。新评价方面,要注重突出课程思政考核要求并围绕职称晋升进行综合教学评价。
The construction of new liberal arts has entered a new stage of full launch,and higher and more systematic requirements are put forward for finance teachers who are entering the construction of national first-class majors.Based on the construction goal of new liberal arts and the specific situation of finance major in Nanjing Audit University,this paper expounds the strategies for teaching quality improvement of young finance teachers under the background of new liberal arts from three aspects:new curriculum,new theory and new evaluation.In terms of new curriculum,we should strengthen the construction of financial courses,practical courses and international courses.In terms of the new theory,it is necessary to clarify the purpose and value of the new theory research,Sinicize the Western classical financial theory and think independently about the financial policy based on the new theory.In the aspect of new evaluation,emphasis should be placed on the requirements of ideological and political assessment and comprehensive teaching evaluation should be carried out around the promotion of professional title.
