育儿友好视角下浙江托育服务发展实施路径

The Implementation Path of Childcare Service Development of Zhejiang Province from the Perspective of Child-Raising Friendly

在国家推行“三孩”生育政策背景下,浙江省加快推进普惠性公共托育服务,创设育儿友好环境,关注群众共性问题,谋划针对3岁以下婴幼儿照护重要政策,推进托育服务改革创新。加快建设“浙有善育”数字应用与数据共享,到2025年,托育服务智慧化管理全面实现,普惠性托育服务体系基本建成,乡镇托育机构基本全覆盖,城乡社区基本形成15分钟托育服务圈。托育服务供给能力明显提升,服务质量显著提高,构建浙江育儿友好型社会。

Responding to the national“three-child”policy,Zhejiang is accelerating the promotion of inclusive childcare services to create a child-raising friendly environment,and adopting important child-nursing and childcare policies for those under 3 years old children to meet the common needs of the public.With the development of digital application“Good Childcare in Zhejiang”,intelligent management and data sharing in childcare service will be fully realized in 2025 and the inclusive childcare service system will have been basically completed in rural and urban communities with a 15-minute childcare service circle.The supply capacity and the quality of childcare service will have been improved significantly to build a child-raising friendly society in Zhejiang province.
