摘要
数智技术的快速发展和广泛应用对公共部门人力资源管理人才提出了新的要求。该文以高校公共事业管理专业为例,从专业定位、培养目标、知识体系、时代背景以及思维建设五个方面探讨了数智时代公共部门人力资源管理复合型人才的培养策略改革方向,以助力高校“新文科”建设,为公共部门人才供给侧改革提供思路。
The rapid development and wide application of digital intelligence technology have put forward new demands for human resources management talents in the public sector.Taking the major of public affairs management in colleges and universities as an example,this paper discusses the reform direction of the training strategy of human resources management talents in the public sector in the digital intelligence era from the five aspects of major orientation,training objectives,knowledge system,era background,and thinking construction,so as to help colleges and universities with the construction of“new liberal arts”,and provide ideas for the supply-side reform of talents for the public sector.
