应用型高校财会类专业科教融合问题研究

A Study on the Integration of Scientific Research and Teaching of Finance and Accounting Majors in Application-oriented Colleges and Universities

中国高等教育正处于重要转型期,科教深度融合已成为高等教育进一步发展的趋势,也是财会类专业一流人才培养的重要抓手。通过分析国内应用型高校财会类专业科教融合的现状和问题,为现阶段应用型高校科教融合的模式、路径及制度设计提出对策和建议。研究认为,应用型高校应树立教学学术观和科研育人观,强调科研成果转化,突出应用型研究,完善职称晋升和考核的条件并进行分类考核。

China’s higher education is in an important transition period.The deep integration of scientific research and teaching has not only become an inevitable trend for the further development of high education,but also is a key gripper for the cultivation of first-class talents in application-oriented colleges and universities.By investigating the current situation of the integration of scientific research and teaching of finance and accounting majors in domestic application-oriented colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the problems,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the mode,path and system design of the integration of scientific research and teaching.This paper holds that application-oriented colleges and universities should set up both the view of academic teaching and the concept of educating student through scientific research,emphasize the transformation of scientific research achievements,highlight the application-oriented research,improve the conditions of professional title promotion and assessment and carry out classified assessment.
