思政元素融入创新管理课程的教学探索

Teaching Exploration of Integrating Ideological and Political Elements into the Course of Innovation Management

近年来,课程思政成为高等学校课程建设的重要任务之一。创新管理是工商管理专业课程体系中的一门核心课程,理应承担起课程思政的重要任务。课题组以创新管理的基础性知识——创新的概念与类型为例,设计融入思政元素的教学内容,不仅有助于培养学生求新求异的创新创业意识,也有助于增强学生的文化自信,进而实现立德树人的育人目标。

In recent years,ideological and political education in specialized courses has become an important task of curriculum construction in colleges and universities.As a core course for the business administration major,Innovative Management should undertake the important task promoting ideological and political education.Taking the basic knowledge of the course of Innovative Management,the concept and type of innovation,as an example,this paper designs the teaching content that incorporates ideological and political elements.The designed teaching content could not only help to cultivate students’innovative and entrepreneurial awareness,but also could help to strengthen students’self-confidence and pride in fine traditional Chinese culture.These all contribute to realizing the goal of fostering virtue through education in colleges and universities.
