浅谈徐州市儿童医院在淮海经济区儿科医师联合体中的实践探索

为加快推进医疗联合体建设,规范医联体建设与管理,完善医联体运行管理机制,助力构建分级诊疗制度,徐州市儿童医院为进一步贯彻《关于加强儿童医疗卫生服务改革与发展的意见》等有关医改精神,推行推广分级诊疗,促进辐射淮海整个儿童医疗卫生领域高质量快速发展,医院牵头组建淮海经济区儿科医师医联体,现将此实践探索模式将一论述,以助力健全儿童健康服务网络,加强儿童健康专业人才队伍建设和学科发展,促进儿童健康事业高质量发展。

In order to accelerate the construction of medical consortiums,standardize the construction and management of medical consortiums,improve the operation and management mechanism of medical consortiums,and help build a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system,our hospital further implements the spirit of medical reform such as the"Opinions on Strengthening the Reform and Development of Children's Medical and Health Services?"promotes the promotion of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,and promotes the high-quality and rapid development of children's medical and health fields radiating across Huaihai.Our hospital takes the lead in establishing a pediatrician medical association in the Huaihai Economic Zone.Now we will discuss this practice and exploration mode to help improve the child health service network,strengthen the construction of professional talent team and discipline development of child health,and promote the high-quality development of child health cause.
