摘要
目的本文通过对医院常用空调系统原理的分析,介绍了在院内发生呼吸道传染疾病时如何正确使用和管理医院的空调系统,以阻断病毒传播并提高空气品质。方法通过对医院常用空调系统原理的分析,找到各类空调系统的优缺点,介绍其使用场所,通过流体力学基础知识和室内空气评价相关知识,对空调系统气流循环方式作出判断。结果合理利用新风可最大限度阻止病毒进行室内传播并可有效提升室内空气品质。结论医院内发生呼吸道传染病时,空调风系统经过转换并加强消毒,大部分可正常运行,并不会造成院感的发生。
Objective Through the analysis of the principle of common air conditioning systems in hospitals,this paper introduces how to correctly use and manage hospital air conditioning systems when respiratory infectious diseases occur in hospitals,to block the spread of viruses and improve air quality.Methods Through the analysis of the principles of common air conditioning systems in hospitals,the advantages and disadvantages of various air conditioning systems are found,the places of use are introduced,and the airflow circulation mode of air conditioning systems is judged through the basic knowledge of fluid mechanics and indoor air evaluation.Results Rational use of fresh air can prevent indoor transmission of viruses to the greatest extent and effectively improve indoor air quality.Conclusion When respiratory infectious diseases occur in the hospital,the air conditioning air system can be converted and disinfected after strengthening,and most of them can operate normally,and will not cause the occurrence of hospital infection.
