摘要
分析互联网医疗服务和患者满意度概念,介绍互联网医疗服务现状,阐述当前互联网医疗服务领域在患者满意度视角下存在的问题并提出建议,包括健全法律监管并完善标准规范、拓展医保范围并健全价格体系等。
The paper analyzes the concept of internet medical service and patient satisfaction,introduces the current situation of internet medical services,expounds the existing problems in the field of internet medical services from the perspective of patient satisfaction,and puts forward suggestions,including improving legal supervision and standards,expanding the scope of medical insurance and perfecting the price system,etc.
